I don't think it's that simple viney..........mining permit for the escarpment runs out in 2022.......why do you think BRL are so desperate not to have to stump up the dosh.
Furthermore I think you will find BT mining (talleys) may have a say in what BRL does with the shared infrastructure should BRL want to mine the escarpment.
BRL have snookered themselves a bit by agreeing to Talleys as minor shareholder having an equal say in the BT partnership
RT was also promoting his confidence in winning the court case to SHers before they had a resounding loss.....so not sure how much confidence you can have in his current beliefs.
