12 months to completed it or to initiate it ?

At each step where a clawback is to be initiated the value of each party need to be conducted. So I would imiaging that the first milestone would be the Jorc of CdeB. That's bankable. Add that inot the pool of vlauation and initiate a clawback of some % etc, etc.

Completion of clawback within 12 months to me must be out of the question
