I think the exploration lease expires with the granting of a new mining lease over the same tenements. The licenses are the terms and conditions of mining that ground. Looks concrete to me, definitely not pie in the sky stuff.
This milestone will get the attention of brokers pretty quick whom will detail the deal.
A world class deposit with higher grades than Olympic Dam, with Gov support to proceed to mining, will perpetuate a series of broker reports with strong buy recommendations, IMO.
P.S. $2.80 high was in old money, but could be $5.00 target today?
