The Fresh Equities website says that the "placement" has closed and that anyone wanting to invest in this CR has missed out, so you would assume that they were successful in raising all the funding they wanted at this stage. Don't know why there is all the negative speculation when all looks to have gone to plan with this raise at this stage. From my experience, it is not unusual for these suspension to be extended while they finalise the transaction. I guess the down-ramping must come from the usual sources using their various pseudonyms.
