Not really what ESH is doing, this is about streaming a game to play so the user doesn't need to spend money on computer hardware (e.g. graphics card) as you would be using their computer's hardware just having a stream for you to play the game.

IF anything it would increase the amount of games people can play as they no longer are restricted by their machine's capability or the costs of games just the subscription service.  So more people can play more games and enter more competitions and view more gaming streams of players playing to improve their skills plus get more into esports to vote on who they think will win the game to win prizes... wait this is all leading towards ESH!
