An online search shows that a 10ml vape juice retails from $2usd to $4usd, so $3 to $6 AUDE.
Assuming retailers are making a reasonable margin here ie 100% then wholesale would be $1.50 to $3 AUDE.
Even at 450k bottles that would be a decent top line revenue for a company capped at $4m/EV $2m.
If they get to 5m bottles in year 3 (ie they pass the evaluation period) then this is $7.5m to $15m in top line revenue and a decent profit.
If that’s the case (and it may not be the only deal) then you do the calculations of where the SP might be!
