Relying on shareholders is what most R&D companies do.
The indians aren't doing us any favours by participating. This is a big undertaking even by their standards particularly if they move to the next stage.
ECT will find the funds to secure the bond and although unlikely, if it does involve capital raising, I'd be happy to participate.
But lets not pretend that we are beggers licking tier shoes. We have something they want or we wouldn't be here
