    nine lives...

Just a guess really, but I suspect given Fortitude is fully funded for us, that any onshore, or further offshore, will go to Pensador.

I read this arrangement as part of the likely pay-off for the facility...there must be something in it for Pensador up front!

Meanwhile, CVI increases it position in Fortitude and progresses the minerals at break-neck speed.

I see Fortitude as the best value-add project in the CVI commodity basket.

But...do not forget Cameroon...or Gabon...or Equatorial Guinea...anything here goes straight to us...first...before potentially going to Pensador for shares.

This could be a king-hit right here?

The key now of course is that Smyth knows anything he can back into CVI will only improve the share price...and ultimately, the eventual Pensador claw back ratio, which is pretty much where everyone’s value lies.

Remember, Smyth and many of the team have been "working" this region for years, I imagine they would have all manner of contacts and projects on the back burner which could be added to the mix if good enough...in fact come to think of it, given the obvious prize in Pensador, why would any of these guys want to bother with progressing any other assets in other entities?

Smyth has finally bought everything under the one umbrella...Pensador (read CVI)...watch him cram as many things under it that he can.

It will be like walking through an open market in Bali with hundred dollar notes in hand...they will be throwing all manner of "bargains" before him, some obviously better than others.

    lol

    Cheers!
