There's the potential for mortgages through a broker channel to dry up. Not sure of the percentage of the book written by brokers
Given there was no ruling on HEM (waiting for the court ruling), I don't know if tightening credit will help FSA in the short term but hurt them in the long term.
Services segment seems to be going along fine (see my AGM post), and the growth engine, the personal loan book, is also moving along well.
