Hi Tony. From the article attached they stated two leading methods of delivering CRISPR Cas9 were viral vectors and lipid nanoparticles. Would I be correct in thinking our delivery method would be different. I'm interested after reading hottods post more recently in this thread that problems have been found with current trials using viral vectors with gene editing. Are we demonstrating a new delivery method over viral vectors or lipid nanosomes. I'm curious if we actually know the delivery method. I assume so but maybe they scan to find what works without knowing how, as they suggested in reports this was the data potential clients were interested in.
