A merchant will need to sign a contract with Split It for their services & if they are wanting to be paid upfront, they will need to sign another contract with the invoice factoring company Split It uses. Signing up for Invoice factoring means the merchant will have to pay a fee to this company as well so they get whacked by Spli It & the Invoice factoring company
