When the BOD put $15 MIL on the table it tells me a few things first one to have that sort of money in the first place (unless they are bank robbers ) means they are fairly smart guys who should know what they are doing, second they will want that money back and with a large profit.
The only way that will happen is to get the mine cranked up to full speed and lock in a descent offtake partner, if they don't I don't think anyone will stroll up and give them their money back. That is my take on it.
