I’m probably about to say something rather obvious but it goes to how worried investors should be about dwindling share prices on low volume. IF one believes that the share price is reasonably likely to come back and one can’t bring oneself to sell out - and one probably should sell out as the carrot of ‘news to come’ presided over the last great slide and when the news about Kachi finally came the share price had been killed, and support for LKE share price will only come when those mightier than the average retailer jump on board- for whatever reasons one won’t sell out, or even sell part of one’s holdings (CGT discount prospects, fear of missing a gap up/bounce, can’t face crystallising the loss, fear of getting out and not getting back in again because you’ve invested elsewhere or spent the cash, sheer bloody-mindedness) THEN the artificially low share price is of much less concern because its artificial drift down is not reflective of its fair value and it should rapidly rise on appropriate news. Even a cut price capital raise ought not raise the alarm if your bet is that the share price should recover strongly when milestones have been met. But if one thinks this company is a basket case then get out now.
