This is Smidge.....
They are an offshoot of the Private Equity Gateway Group based in Brisbane.
Their global CEO is Andrew Smith who is seen here in this video from 2015 addressing the media upon the signing of an agreement to invest in U&ME Plus, a private messaging service in India. He states that PEGG has a "rich history" of investing in India.
And here he is again later in 2015 talking further about U&ME PLUS....
U&ME is predominantly a business-focused app that has achieved over 1 million downloads. It presents significant synergy opportunities with Bizmoto globally. These are their performance stats....
