Your correct, it has been pointed out already.

Although its worth noting that the the bodyguard report OBJ keep plugging is THREE years old and the news report is one year old.

It seems now it a good time for a new report to keep the company life support alive for another 3 years... just a report, loaded with BS go no where promise ..... without that, OBJ would have to actually proceed to commercialisation...  and requires you know.... work... plus its expensive .. the board have salaries to think of... so just a report will do. 

They have buddies over at curtain university don't they? Perhaps they could arrange another ........ oh wait ....
