cdr completed in October. None of payments the were for construction. That simple and easy even hunter agrees!

ps ASX announcements are inexpensive / free. Given they like to announce every single MoU, I think announcing the start of construction would be a logical and important thing to do. Maybe not at this point however as it might indicate things are not on track.
