KCNs case is even more clear cut and the fact the Thai Government can't appeal the tribunal award this time makes me think you're now running a counter strategy for your clients? Not that I'm accusing an American with Russian heritage of such tactics. But nevertheless good luck helping them "saving face" given their inability to ever accept their negligence.
