It's obvious the stock has traded cum raise for months. Now that the raise is out of the way and the company is funded for the rest of 2019 with circa $6M in the bank after this CR, do people really think it's now a SELL at current prices? Now no longer trading cum raise and lots of potential news flow. I'd say that's a buy but time will tell. I really didn't ever think we'd be raising at 38c so I might be wrong again.

PS. Note there will be no free options with this raising. It's a 38c raise at a 10% discount with nothing else.
