Always do the numbers, because the figures give the answer. Thoughts/views tend to be our own opinions, which can eaily be wrong & very biassed. There are plenty of people who thought a business sounded like a good idea who have gone broke. Corporations of all sizes fail. It cames down to doing the figures supporting the model.
It more than any of us liking shopping centres, it about whether these centres can pay their way as far as the banks are concerned. CNP can regain control of their model if their gearing is appropriate to their business model.
