please spell it out for me
i lost my spreadsheets for converting gas to $$
but so far i got
1030BTU per cubic foot
a BTU per million selling for $1.055??????
MCF = 1000 cubic feet
hence 1000*1030 = 1.03million BTU from a MCF
hence one MCF gives $1.055 * 1.03million / million = $5.43 a day
if the wells produce a total of 3,000 MCF thats $5.43*3000 = $16,299.75 a day
over a year thats *365 which equals $5,949,408.75 per annum
where did you guys get your figures from??? where am i wrong? thanks
