No i can't see any routered channeling for plumbing and electrical. Why during the testing phase aren't they using it?
Why didn't they replicate a certified concrete slab with an edge rebate to accommodate the external blocks to meet Australian or west Australian Standards?
Them brick nibs between openings that are only 2 blocks wide could be pushed over by hand no matter how strong the glue is? Single leaf blocks in areas like that require starter bars formed into the concrete either side of doorways and openings and protrude through the tops of the blocks and core filled to meet Australian Building Codes to give lateral support.
