 I have lodged 4 misconduct reports since July 2017 and am getting fed up waiting for them to act. 

You have to wonder about ASIC when a company like this gets away with so much and they do NOTHING

ASIC make a mockery of the Corporations Act and they are the reason that these characters get away with so much. CTL are just getting into more and more debt which ASIC were alerted to at least 7 months ago so in fact ASIC will be responsible for our losses and we should all go to ASIC and make a formal complaint about them and to our local Federal MP.

ASIC are the reason that there is so much corruption out there. Kenneth Hayne was scathing in his report on ASIC and yet they are still hopeless and unwilling to act. The ACCC should take over ASIC or ASIC should at least come under the umbrella of the ACCC.
