@drifta I can't help thinking you're getting way ahead of the facts. We've read the article and it's quite possible to say that the company is currently undervalued, it probably is. But what we can't do is take the CEO's vision statement and start extrapolating that to the moon.
First things first, exactly how they're going to launch into numerous Tier 1 markets, or any markets, with the limited funds available isn't yet clear, at this stage no agreements have been announced, so far as I'm aware, the originally proposed % revenue sharing with telcos we were told about, evaporated without any explanation, the company was supposed to be potentially cash flow positive by year end 2018, it wasn't; has EM1 got any subscribers, doing anything, in any of the countries where we claim a presence? 
EM1/Cloudzen is a great idea and hats off to the entrepreneurs who are running with it, but, IMO, it's too early, so much is unknown and untested that it's impossible to say even if it will click with the demographic it's going to be aimed at, let alone ever make any money.
You can safely drop the idea that there is any 'capping' of the sp, IMO, the sp is where it is because EM1 is a, tiny, illiquid company with limited resources, limited history, big ideas, yes, but no clear path to implementing them yet delineated.
It's one for the bottom drawer, one to keep an eye on. WHEN plans firm up and targets start to be achieved it'll be a different story, but that's not yet, stay tuned though.
