My thoughts on the crushers and ore operation probs are that this has been with CMSB and they have not been up to it. ADY action has been to take the extra 10% holding and appoint Michael Clarke to oversee that operation.
If you look at all the probs with ADY I think it's true to say that they all come from the ore side and CMSB. I don't believe that PT has been resourced, nor had the skills of an operations manager to sort CMSB out, but as a CEO he has done what he should in taking control and making that appointment.
Hopefully Clarke is sorting it out. Because it needs it.
