1 house every 2.5 days? that looks like 100% utilisation doesn't leave much time for maintenance/breakdowns, weather, etc. I suggest you get your hands on the financial models used for a mining company which has high utilisatiion of machines, you'll see they won't be able to get close to 100%. Another big cost on machinery is fire suppression, wouldn't want your fancy robot to burn to the ground if it gets over heated.
