From what i have seen in the volativity in the market the last few years i would`nt say never total...unlikely but not impossible...just look what brought it down to a dollar last time...what other ugly creatures are lurking under the radar.....cant wait till we have our measured jorc...then the possibility of buying a quality stock like umc will definately be impossible
