Exactly 10% is fine don't be stingy the guy is fronting $15million here, 10% discount per year until he is ready to convert to shares is nothing to worry about.
The fact he wants an additional 10% off for aslong as he feels like if anything is a major vote of confidence in the company, the guys thinking long term here.
If they revise it again to 15% or even 20% I am totally on board with it.
