Not sure how you got on today at ASIC.

The issue is now just how much time has gone by since PIF was frozen.

Bank of Scotland will be almost paid down by completion of LLA and Geo deals but at what cost to investors.

It appears we will have to wait to July to be told this part of the truth.

It sounds like you have a strong case but who do you pursue.

And getting ASIC involved in my view is like setting loose a toothless tiger. They are not going to help get investors funds back.

BB your last post really lost me but maybe it was a long day for you.

For posters like Alpha, myself etc it is not about being anti CS its about seeing the same type of mates deals that got the company into the mess continue.
