At least he bought on market(especially at this time) and didn't wait to be given some options at a reduced price before he bought. That will come later.25,000 shares is a start and he has got them at rock bottom price.He didn't buy them only to instil confidence in shareholders its also a good investment. I think we will see some more buying by directors before the end of year financial reports. IMO
