The placement will be insto/sophs for the full amount the company is seeking. To those blabbering about the company being in strife, they could do a SPP to retail shareholders with a partial placement to a cornerstone investor so I don't see what all the fuss is about. Most likely taking a few extra days for Minters or Freehills to review legals/compliance with ASX.
