    $4.50 to Ballera was a surprise.  Previous reference rate given in  was $3.60-$3.80....lucky IPL are paying for it but may impact 2020 ex-field rates unless these tolls come back a bit.   

    Hopefully O&G can give us some insight how much gas is actually getting past Mt Isa or whether it's getting swallowed up before any hefty tolls.
