Chinese NEV sales will be a pleasant surprise on the upside in January....
In January 2018 total NEV sales in China were around 35.000 units.
December 2018 total NEV sales in China 159.000 units (of which 37.000 BYD)
BYD just reported 32.000 NEV sales in January. Keeping their market share stable that points to some 130.000 total NEV sales for last month.
Which would imply a whopping 270% YoY growth rate.
Anybody has more data on January already?
