So the uncertainties still remain...
- Will the propose bond structure be accepted?
- Will the soon to be proposed working capital funding solution be accepted?
- Will the RCA be 'Frozen'?
- Will NMDC have the project on their agenda for their next board meeting? And when is that scheduled to take place?
Will the board of NMDC ratify the RCA and set a a signing date?
- Will all of this happen in March and Financial Closure in parallel?
I'm not trying to be negative, I'm just pointing out that there is some water to go under the bridge yet. This has been the most trying investment I've ever been involved in
