If an advisory firm pushed this sort of deal through ; in fairky certainly they would have lost all credibility within the industry as an advisory firm.
A number of posters could see the issues regarding this CR within 60 seconds of reading the announcement.
I very much doubt anyone with a financial background representing AVZ was involved in setting up this CR.
I actually slid the Ann under the nose of a friend of mine whom works for a financial firm soon after it was release; this guy is not invested in AVZ ; he just looked back at me with a a half baked smile and said ‘I’ve already seen this’
He’s never seen such a structure; apparently knew ML from days past in Eagle St Brissy. He laughed and said there’s no way ML would have let that through.
Guess AG are not being used how they are supposed to be used.
My question to management is ; were AG involved in the SPP and if not; why on earth weren’t they ?
from conversations with ML directly, I can confirm that he/AG had nothing to do with the CR and that all queries regarding it should be directed at the BOD of AVZ.
