No take over have a look at how concentrated the top 20 shareholders are the top 4 hold about 80% so one of them would have to be acting on behalf of the potential takeover buyer.
To me it's the same old pattern of churning either by algo's or brokers who need to make a buck.
That's not to say that some of those top 4 not in discussions on the sidelines.
