NIU like nearly every other stock don't seem the need to tell us anything of substance.. they wanted to buy some more machinery from the last qtrly report so obviously need some cash from somewhere.. yeah great start digging. Paying back the directors at this time would have been in very poor taste.
We're trapped in this baby - may as well see what happens.
