"It is finished" does not mean "no more Prophets" wotsup. That's a big conclusion.
It could mean His Mission is finished. The sacrifice completed what He set out to do.
Gods work never finishes because His Creation is eternal.
I'm not understanding why you think that the conquer of death means no other Prophets either. Spiritual death has been conquered.
