This squabble is RM's 'Hail Mary' moment; he's got nothing to lose (and more to gain) by going all in against Tovosia - but RM won't win the long game IMO. I personally think he has been beaten and, if not, how long is this going to be tied up in the courts. AVQ doesn't have the resources for any sort of protracted legal battle, does it? Surely it is the existing/new shareholders who will have to foot the bill and regardless what a PR nightmare - how many burnt bridges can the company stand.
