thanx for that blogs.

i guess what i am asking and this is not just about mak but all stocks is the closing price and the opening price.

eg yesterday it took something like 300 trades to get mak up to $2.19 and the market closed. but this morning it has opened at $2.10 without one trade.

i know this happens as markets open higher and lower but what are the fundamentals as to why this happens.

i have always been a little confused about this. and who sets the $2.10 opening, why did it not open at 2.13 or 2.15?

sellers and buyers cannot buy and sell when the market is closed right.
