Sounds like a dogs breakfast. Begs the question of why  are they getting involved in such  a protracted messy battle. Perhaps pickup the spoils if they cant repay the loan or otherwise???for now i presume its money in interest and a chance  at the gold assets if they dont repay the loan and things need to be liquidated??

looking historically  at rdg they are already pretty much absent reporting wise bar the most important dates and report releases.

luckily  nothing along the lines of the nov AGM still outstanding?! And did you  write that right? 2017 drill results not released?? Or 2018??
