If you are referring to my comments when you say:

The slowdown I was referring to was not because of the end of Olympic construction requirements (that happened ages ago) It is because of their requirement to clean up the air etc before the games start & to that end they are closing down heavy polluting industry (& not just in Beijing) & banning the plebs from using their cars.
