I try to stay away from hope.  I just want to build the most rational case I can for what's going on.  @Hunterr can help here with his contacts.

For example, if they were needing to do an SPP and needed the cash and time to do it, then I would expect any sort of remotely discretionary spending like attending conferences or sales meetings in Africa or other locations to be cancelled.  Well, we know Singapore started today so that travel money wasn't canned.  Perhaps @Hunterr knows where the sales guys are (as he's posted their movements before).  If SAS are tightening the screws on every little bit of cash in order to squeeze another week or two out then maybe we would expect an SPP.  But MM is still doing his thing so it looks like they aren't particularly concerned in that respect. 

Again, you never know what can get squeezed in and we could be hit with an SPP offer on Monday morning.  I just look at what's happening and try to decipher the clues.
