50ftCat: it wasnt directed at you specifically. It has been an argument i have heard many times for a long time.
I agree there will need to be some shut down to 'de-pollute' the air, but that is called a short term glitch in the greater scheme of things. Im pretty sure 99% of home owners wouldnt seel their home because they had a leaky pipe that wouldnt be fixed for a couple of weeks.
Thats the effect of the shut down in china (ok, maybe we should call it a flooded kitchen for a couple of weeks). Still no reason to give up the long term returns for the CHANCE of a short term dip.
