This is my 4.1 cents worth.

If the company wanted to mine they would have started to hire people, like PLS did, that can actually get a mine up and running.
In my opinion they haven't. The have got Air-Guide involved to look for a purchaser which they were actively and probably still are doing.
They don't want to mine it, they want to sell. That is obvious.
Here is the kicker and this scares the hell out me as I am invested in the company, that they are continuing to drill to pump up their resource.
By doing this their resource is growing each time they drill, and my feeling is they are wanting too much for the resource as they are looking at it as a goliath (with it is) instead of just as a very large resource and putting a price tag on it.
If you were looking for a resource to buy and you only need or want a 20-30 year life span, why would you pay for something that has a 50-100 year lifespan.
It is like paying an exorbitant amount for the years first case of mango's when all you really want is one mango for your smoothie.

All this drilling could also just be a time waster to make it look like they are being proactive all the while they are just waiting for the price of lithium to start to improve so they can ask for more cash.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want them to give the resource away, but the way I look at things when it comes to selling, is either you price it to sell because you want to sell it, or you price it not to sell. In this case I feel all their actions are pointing to them pricing it not to sell and the price will just keep going up. AIMHO.
