Enjoy your posts, highly detailed and a credit to the board. However I've got one question which has been niggling at me for ages and only just now crystalized after reading your post.
You mention big sums paid upfront to companies like Merck, Novo etc. The names we've all heard before. Its then often referenced to MSB in terms of "we are in p3" (ie further along), and our CHF market is HUGE and they gave Merck or whatever so much money and they are only in p2 etc.

So............the question has to be asked. If we are so hot awesome running *a p3* in a giant CHF market worth billions. Where....the f* is the partnership? Why is MSB literally on NOBODIES radar beyond companies like Tasly who aren't even #1 tier. The #1 tier company we did have once upon a time was TEVA and even they said "nah i'm out".
Makes me feel like we are way less important thank we think we are.

And all these conferences to "make people aware" have been happening for years now. People know. Point is nobody finds us compelling and there must be reasons for this.
