I had a long look at PGC some 12 months or so ago. I decided not to invest because I was unconvinced that the with several acquisitions all at once and then a very pricey capital raising. So I read today that one of the businesses has failed miserably and integration is taking longer than expected. The other negative for me was that the margins in the business are not that good especially as it is in healthcare. I am glad I preserved my capital in this instance but feel for affected shareholders as many here on HC had great expectations.
