    Dear Tolate and Grace,


    Do you understand now why the ASX as the regulator of the Australian Stock Exchange suspended both ANS and SDL shares and raised the question in regard to the source of funds for the acquisition deal. It has been more than 5 months and both ANS and SDL shares are still in trading suspension.
