Yes, $4.50 is essentially the pre-GMRG reference rate, so as justinmetals commented in the other thread, if the toll to Ballera is $4.50 that does suggest minimal impact so far from the reforms. At least from that part of the reforms that was supposed to deal with lowering the tariff on fully paid-off pipelines, which all pipelines from CTP to Ballera are except for the NGP. I guess we don't know how much the backhaul component of the reforms may have changed for CTP.
