bit harsh on the QT Camera, for one Dominos has a significant quality control issue particularly on the quality of the pizzas. I haven't seen the camer in action other than in business videos but if it works then it can only be a benefit to the business.
my experience of uber is that it doesn't aggregate orders it just sends a driver and delivers, as you said the Algo system uses algorithms to determine the cooking and delivery order. uber being outside the operation of the QSR there is no way that algo can determine the delivery process, thereby no benefit to DTS to integrate other than the starting and stopping of the algo system.
I think your trying to suggest that these ordering and delivery platforms have some sort of one up on DTS. DTS is a QSR management system, uber and co are about ease of delivery. if you want Chinese your not going to go to a pizza store for it. once you make the decision about what you want you use the platform that is easier to deliver the quality of product that you want. personally I have had no end of issue with ubereats, cold food, poor quality, missing items......these stores that sign up to uber aren't even set up for home delivery, they are far behind the QSRs like dominoes, Pizza Hut.
