The company that was being run secretly by disgraced former lawyer Rohan Skea has launched a last-ditch effort to recover thousands of documents from its former managing director.
While the Australian Securities and Investments Commission yesterday continued its three-month probe into Mr Skea's involvement with a raft of companies, the SmarQ group asked the Supreme Court of NSW to order businesswoman Susan Jane Bennell to hand over computers and documents which it claims she has used for her own benefit.
Similar orders were sought against Mrs Bennell's son, who was the company secretary for various entities within the SmarQ group. … read on…

I wonder why is it so difficult to build member trust by simply answering requests for:
1. EXAMPLES of recent Recoveries;
2. The MONEY WELL from which the Distributions will flow;
A simple enough reassurance sorely needed here.
